Diyana.lk is not responsible for any additional bank or service-provider fees.


4. Orders & Confirmation

Orders may be cancelled by Diyana.lk in cases such as:

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver island-wide using verified courier partners.
  • Delivery usually takes 5–20 working days depending on your order and location.
  • Delivery charges vary by region and order size.

Delays caused by courier agencies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.


6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Eligibility Criteria

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • All tags and packaging are intact
  • A request is submitted within 3 days of receiving your order

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Discounted or sale items
  • Accessories (jewelry, cosmetics, undergarments, etc.)
  • Custom-made or altered products

Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the product.
  2. Upon approval, return the item using a courier service.
  3. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds, where applicable, may be issued as store credit or bank transfer after inspection.


7. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel orders before the item is dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
